Meeting with Riga

As Riga Planning Region joined CSI Europe as a partner towards the end of the Development the Lead Partner and Lead Expert were unable to visit Riga but a meeting was held with the Riga representative in Manchester prior to the Final Meeting on 11th October 2012.
Discussion at the meeting led to the profile of Riga on p42 of the Baseline Study and the proposals for the Implementation Phase outlined in the Baseline Study Synopsis and the Final Application
