Implementation phase launched

USER has been officially selected as an URBACT thematic network by URBACT Monitoring Committee on January, 28^th. Thus the project has been officially launched the 1^st of February. What an excellent new!

Congratulation to all partners and to Fernando Barreiro, our lead expert, who worked hard to finalize USER application. It's the beginning of 27 months of fruitful work. We can now look toward our first seminar to be held in April in Copenhagen!
