Judit works for the Local Government of Budapest District 11, Újbuda. Her current position is Head of Mayor's Cabinet, leading a small team belonging to the Mayor. She previously worked for a film production company as manager for 7 years. Her first significant workplace was in the government administration between 2000 and 2002. As the Lead Partner of the URBACT CREATIVE SPIRITS network, she coordinates the work of the Lead Expert and the network partners so as to have a common understanding about the project’s goals, and thus be able to prepare a strong proposal for Phase 2. She also assists partners in building up strong capacities in regards to their management and communication tasks. As for Újbuda, she tries to channelize new practises into the city policy, organising the communication flow between the ULG and keeping Újbuda's mayor informed about network advancement.
