The first issue of USEAct project Newsletter focuses on the theme "Planning Tools and Planning Governance for Urbact Growth Management and reuse of Urban areas", with a focus on Spanish Partners Viladecans and Barakaldo. The newsletter contains an interview to the majors and a section dedicated to the presentations of people involved in the project at local level.
