Pärnu
The rich history and joyful daily life of Pärnu, Estonia, offer something for everyone. The Municipality of Pärnu houses 51 272 inhabitants, over an area of 858,07 km2. Its administrative status is one of an independet unit of local authoriy. It is a city rich in history, culture and entertainment.
The centre of Pärnu, the lovely parks and the resort area with its famous sandy beach and promenade invite you for long walks. There are sights to be seen dating back to the Middle Ages, but also interesting remnants of the Soviet era, as well as more modern attractions.
