Jobtown at CSR Europe – Brussels

CSR Europe – the leading European business network for Corporate Social Responsibility – held a major conference in Brussels, March 20th 2014, highlighting and sharing innovative projects by urban stakeholders from business, city administrations and expert organizations, which use collaborative approaches for achieving socially, economically and environmentally sustainable European cities.

The event was a gathering of major European private sector and non-profit actors, who are active in support of inclusion, local development, employment and job skills.

Jobtown was invited to present our work – represented by Ian Goldring, Lead Expert – and showcase how our partners are using local partnerships to create youth employment and opportunity.

Interest among attendees was encouraging and discussions are now underway regarding future collaboration with, and support of, the JobTown objectives.
