During the first meeting the exemplary structure of Local Action Plan was presented basing on the URBACT II guide. In addition, there was a discussion concerning primary principles of three mini-projects proposed to work on within LAP:1) Lodz Communication Lab2) Prognosis of the Lodz Fabryczna Station accessibility (citizens’ commuting time)3) Analysis of risk management methods in the New Centre of Lodz (NCL zone)The other meeting was dedicated to the fourth mini-project concerning attractive city spaces in the surroundings of the Lodz Fabryczna multimodal hub. The discussion concerned main assumptions and goals of the project together with the introduction to the workshop contest regarding  temporary land development in the surroundings of the Lodz multimodal hub. The contest was organized by the Technical University of Lodz in cooperation with the Board of the New Centre of Lodz as a part of 18th Reunion of REA (French and Central-East European High Schools of Architecture Network). The meeting was concluded by appointing tutors for the workshop contest. Their task was to participate in the meeting by actively supporting the contestants in their understanding of the most significant local issues.
