Perrine joined URBACT Secretariat in November 2016 where she works as a Junior Communication Officer.
She is a graduate student from the Institute for European Studies (Paris 8 University) where she developed a strong interest in the European Union foreign policy. She produced two Master theses: one on the establishment and the functions of the European External Action Service and the other on the European Parliament's reactions and actions to the Ukraine crisis. She also studied international relations at IRIS Sup, the school of IRIS (The French Institute for International and Strategic Affairs). She interned as a communication assistant at the Crisis and Support Centre of the French Minstry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, at Ifri (The French Institute of International Relations) in Brussels and at the 31st French Army Engineer Regiment in South of France. She lived in London for a year as she was enrolled in an Erasmus exchange programme at University College London. She holds a Bachelor degree in History and English from Paris 4 Sorbonne University.
Perrine loves travelling abroad and discovering new cultures, countries, cities. She also is a dog aficionado.
