Conor is a planner and urban designer with a background in architecture and human geography. Since 2012 he has headed the Sustainable Places team at Bioregional, developing and implementing sustainability solutions working with local government, communities, property developers and businesses in UK and across the world. Previously he worked at leading independent urban design, transport and planning consultancy Urban Initiatives preparing large-scale area-based planning policy in England, Scotland and Ireland. Conor was a member of the 2015 URBACT II Capitalisation team examining Sustainable Urban Regeneration, and lead/contributing author to the associated articles in URBACT (2015) Sustainable regeneration in urban areas.
