After a master's degree in European Policies and French-German cooperation, Clémentine worked for the French Foreign Office in Germany and India, as Press and Communication Officer.
In 2012, she entered the European Territorial Cooperation world, working as a Public Procurement Officer in the INTERREG IVC programme, before starting working for URBACT, in 2015, as a Project & Finance Officer.
As from September 2017, her new position is Capacity-Building Officer.
