The transition from primary school to secondary education is a step change that requires dedication and coordination from all levels involved: primary centers affiliated with the school, counseling team in the area, parents of future students of center, and all parties involved of the Institute (Director, Head of Studies, Department of Counseling, Educational Departments ...)

Leaving this important step to fate can generate situations and problems that can drag on for the whole school. It's good for these students receptor sites with the centers prepare transit senders that favors well received and positively predisposes to students and families to the center.
Therefore the development of this plan is to systematize in the best way possible the transition, for both the students and the families and the school center own, collaborate and help to create a positive climate of coexistence at school

It’s a good practice because it’s a way to facilitate the transition between different school steps and make sure to support  the children and overall with difficulties. It´s a work of all the community in the area.

The challenges are related to the different circumstances of the children and the need to have coordination with many agents .
