Jobtown being represented at the Committee of the Regions conference on European Youth Policy

10 February 2015Our Lead Expert, Ian Goldring, represented Jobtown at the Committee of the Regions conference "Europe 2020 Conference - Youth on the Move", held at the Committee of the Regions, Brussels, on 13th December 2012.
The conference provided a platform for:
- Showcasing good practice on how to fight youth unemployment.
- Preparing the CoR’s contribution to the mid-term assessment of the Europe 2020 strategy.
- Giving a voice to the Regions and Cities.
- Participating in ongoing debate on youth issues.

The conference had a great success with well over 200 participants and two European Commissioners, Ms Vassiliou and Mr Andor, as keynote speakers.
