Make your voice heard in shaping the next generation of Cohesion Policy!

In 2018, the European Commission will make comprehensive proposals for the next generation of financial programmes for the post-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework, which is the EU's long–term budget. The Commission's proposals will be designed to make it possible for the EU to deliver on the things that matter most, in areas where it can achieve more than Member States acting alone. This requires a careful assessment both of what has worked well in the past and what could be improved in the future.

This consultation is an integral part of the process and its objective is to collect the views of all interested parties on how to make the most of every euro of the EU budget. This consultation is open to all citizens and stakeholders interested in Cohesion policy, including beneficiaries of EU programmes and funds such as national, regional and local authorities, inter-governmental and non-governmental bodies, academic institutions, civil society and enterprises. The Commission will summarise the replies after the end of the consultation period.

The survey is available in all European languages (choose the language you prefer by using the drop-down menu on the right hand side). The questionnaire takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. You may pause and save your work and continue later. You may download the questionnaire in PDF format. Once you have submitted your answers, you may download a copy of your completed responses. At the end of the questionnaire, you will be given the possibility to upload supporting documents (max: 1MB) to complement your contribution.
