Launching Conference in the City of Châlons-en-Champagne 22./23.1.2009

09 October 201724 participants took part in the launching conference for the developemnt phase II of the project in the City of Châlons-en-Champagne. 5 Experts from the University of Reims-Champagne-Ardenne, Champagne-Ardenne regional Council and from the spatial agency of Châlons -en-Champagne held presentions on intermunicipals coooperations and structures in France.
We aslo had the great honour to welcome Mr. Jean-Loup Drubigny, head of the Urbact Secretariat.
Mr.Jean-Claude NEMERY and Mr. Laurent DERBOULLES from University of Reims-Champagne-Ardenne) presented the "The legal framework of intermunicipal cooperation in France".
Mr. Didier BRETON and Mr. James WINTER from Champagne-Ardenne regional Council held the presentation of the cooperation structures in Champagne-Ardenne and Ms. Sophie PURON from spatial agency of Châlonsen-Champagne, reported on the "The DIACT experimentation led by the Community of Agglomeration".
