Matthew Baqueriza-Jackson is the Lead Expert of Making Spend Matter Transfer network and an Independent Policy Advisor providing support to Municipalities in the UK, Europe and Internationally around social procurement. He is currently involved with the Procurement Partnership from the European Urban Agenda. In addition he was also the Lead Expert of the Procure Action Planning network, which came to an end in 2018. He is the main trainer in the URBACT Online Course on Strategic Procurement.
