Eddy Adams is the URBACT Thematic Pole Manager (TPM) with responsibility for Social Innovation and Human Capital. A native of Glasgow, he has advised the Scottish Government on its youth employment policies and has produced work for a range of organisations including the OECD, Interreg and the Youth on the Move Programme. He lives in York and enjoys running, movies, music and cooking (Not always at the same time..)
