I am a process-oriented experimenter, social scientist by background and professional experience, combined with a focus on public policies, stakeholder interactions and transition processes. After a career as consultant for European institutions, evaluating public policies and programmes, conducting impact assessments as well as other studies and providing various forms of technical assistance, I decided to contribute to reinforcing the link between institutions, street-level actors and citizens, making a bridge between local, regional, federal/national and European levels. I am half French and half Polish, and I have studied and worked in and on European environment. As such I am used to and looking for working in international and multidisciplinary teams. I speak French, English, Polish and Russian. Within Resilia Solutions, I propose expertise on governance models to support societal transition towards more sustainable lifestyles and facilitation of the implementation of these processe. Resilia Solutions is about contributing to the construction of a more resilient society at local and strategic levels, combining theoretical, methodological and fieldwork approaches. It follows an integrated, transversal and multidisciplinary approach. At the core of this approach is the importance to capitalise on the experience of other cities, including in Europe and worldwide in order to benefit from past experiences. This approach also strongly builds on academic research as being completed by a Phd project conducted in parallel. The main fields of expertise are: sustainable food and consumption, urban agriculture, social innovation, grassroots initiatives and integrated urban development.
