USE-IT Roadshow is finally here in Birmingham!

20 September 2022Today is an exciting day. At long last, it's our turn for our colleagues and friends from Poznan, Rotterdam and Trapani to join us here in Birmingham!
To meet the same tremendously warm welcome we’ve experienced in all our partner cities, we’ve been busy planning a fully-packed schedule for today and tomorrow.
Day 1 will focus on West Birmingham. Here we will be visiting a range of organisations, both large and small – and seeing how the original USE-IT programme worked across this area.
Day 2 will be equally as busy, but this time the focus will be on East Birmingham (the main focus of USE-IT 2) and seeing how this compares to West Birmingham. Though Birmingham is all one city, there are big differences between west and east Birmingham. What works well in one area, may not work so well in another and vice-versa.
Alongside the many excellent venues and organisations we will be visiting; there will be tours around the wider area, so our guests get a feel for the local area and Birmingham more generally. Last but certainly not least, we want our guests to try some local cuisine, so that their visit here is truly complete.
