The URBACT Monitoring Committee meeting took place in Ljubljana on September 26th 2008. Main point on the agenda : decisions for URBACT II Working Groups entering phase 2.
The URBACT II Monitoring Committee approved the following six Working Groups to continue into the implementation phase :
The Monitoring Committee also approved the proposal made by the French Presidency on the launch of a call for proposals before the end of 2008 for the creation of a URBACT Working Group on 'tools for implementing the Leipzig Charter by the cities'."
