URBACT is looking for support to design and draft two public tenders

Within the framewortk of URBACT III and considering the reorganisation of communication activities, URBACT is looking for a service provider able to help with the definition of 2 future contracts:  

               - Maintenance, development and SEO for the website

               - Social media and web intelligence

The provider should be able to help to design these two contracts and to write, in detail, part of the consultation documents, this being:

• Article 5 of the special specifications (CCP) relating to the expected services provided and deliverables
• Article 7 of the consultation rules (RC) relating to items that applicants must present in their offer
• Article 11 of the RC relating to selection criteria
• Recommendations regarding the financial aspects of these contracts: fixed component/purchase-order component, flat fees/unit prices, choice of work units, estimated contract amounts etc.
