28 January 2020URBACT are currently supporting the refresh of the Leipzig Charter which is designed to frame Urban Development Policy across Europe.
As part of the refresh URBACT are hosting a number of City Labs seeking to inform and shape the Charter. In October, our Lead Expert Matthew Baqueriza-Jackson represented Preston City Council at a City Lab in Warsaw on the topic of Integrated Urban Development and talked particularly about how Integration flows through the Cycle of Procurement and the activities of Making Spend Matter.
