TransNational Meeting in Wroclaw - Micro Good Practices
The BioCanteens #2 Partners will meet for the first Transnational Meeting in Wroclaw, Poland, From the 22nd to the 25th of November to discuss about Micro Good Practices.
At the end of November, the Partners will visit Wroclaw in the occasion of the firts TransNational Meeting. This will be the occasion to learn and exchange about the actions each city intend to kick start the transition towards a more sustainable school feeding system. These actions, limited in their dimension, but big for their impact, are what we call Micro Good Practices.
At this stage of the Project, Partners are required to select eight of them, in line with the needs and the context of each reality.
Will they decide to start from thin-slicing bread to reduce food waste? Will they choose to increase the number of vegetarian meals?
