Urbact Ireland held a successful briefing and training workshop in Custom House in Dublin on Nov 22nd 2017.

The purpose of this event was to:
a) encourage Irish cities to bid for inclusion in URBACT III's current transfer network call;
b) provide local authorities with a cutting edge training course based upon the Reference Framework for Sustainable Cities (RFSC) tool pioneered by the French Ministry of Territorial Cohesion and CEMR;
c) showcase and recognise Ireland's successful URBACT networks;
TD, Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development Damien English was at hand to congratulate all the Irish Local Authorities which had successfully bid to join an Urbact Network.
