Space4People reader on the local planning process - some examples and lessons learnt

23 August 2022This reader reports on the different settings that Space4People cities have used to plan and deliver their integrated planning process. And gives some recommendations from the lessons that they learned “on the road”.
It presents examples on how local work groups were structured and operating, experiences of applying pilots and experiments in public space, how governance models for the plan’s delivery were set-up as well as when and for what to engage external expertise and support. Finally, it concludes with a small set of further recommendations for local integrated planning processes.
We hope that our reader on “Local Integrated Planning Processes – examples and lessons learned” is useful when you think on how to set up your planning process and how to make the best out of it.
