Need to make the scial services more efficient? Estonia always does it smarter - as you can see from the Small Scale Action of Voru!
With the SIBdev project Voru decided to strive for optimalising their social services by creating an integrated online database. The social service workers are requested to enter the data of their work into a shared database, thus the service provide can see if the tasks could be allocated among the staff in a more efficient way.
