This is the basic document for the URBACT Action Planning Network RiConnect
RiConnect gathers eight metropolises which aim is to rethink, transform and integrate mobility infrastructures in order to reconnect people, neighbourhoods, cities and natural spaces. The document details the exchange, learning and capacity-building methodologies proposed, and identifies the Integrated Action Plans to be developed during Phase 2.
