All 60 test cities, the 6 LC-Facil partner cities, members of the external expert panel and representatives of the Member States and the European Commission are invites and will be present.
During the Launching Event the NICIS Institute will explain the goal and structure of the Reference Framework of Sustainable Cities and will familiarise all interests with the RFSC and the different type of tests that will carry out. In different interactive workshops the test cities will prepare thoroughly for the testing phase of the RFSC.
