RE-Block Havanna Open University's Spring Semester Ending

The 18^th District of City of Budapest has organized in the framework of the URBACT RE-BLock Project the Havanna Open University. The Spring Semester is coming to its end, as the last presentation is due to be held on 29 May. The Open University gave a good opportunity to get acquainted with international good practices concerning the solution of high rise estates' challenges. The series of presentations organized in the local Community Centre also aimed to initiate a voluntary-based community development process. Local residents, NGO representatives, experts and local government officials could openly discuss and engage in debate about local issues.
