Prague LSG activities: actions planned

The City of Prague has planned a series of actions in the context of the subtheme Age and Economy. 

The overall objectives of these actions are to improve the opportunities for employment of the people over 50 and to motivate employers to employ people over 50.

These actions are: 

  • to prepare courses for people over 50 in Prague, in order to motivate older people to find a new job and to improve their skills;
  • to promote the social aspects of older people's life and to inform older people about their possibilities;
  • to motivate employers to employ people over 50, talking with them about the possiblity of the labour market and the flexible work arrangements.
