A key element of our cooperation is the exchange of experience and good practice in the projects carried out by local governments, their agendas and units.
Since February 2014, the Gdansk-Gdynia Sopot Metropolitan Area also functions as the Intermediate Body for Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI) with a portfolio of 133 projects and 260 mln euro EU contribution.
Thanks to the variety of the municipalities gathered in the Metropolitan Area as well as project partners we can address and face different challenges and implement projects based on strategies in a wide range.
We are searching for other metropolitan areas, sharing similar or the same aims, wanting to achieve more efficiency and help create a real metropolitan network of competences
