10 July 2017Looking for ideas on how to improve a city’s air quality, support local jobs, or involve citizens in accommodating refugees? Scores of tried-and-tested city solutions have been published online by URBACT, the EU learning and exchange programme for integrated, sustainable urban development.
The “URBACT Good Practice” website opens a doorway to some of the most practical solutions cities are using every day to tackle challenges such as demographic change, climate and environmental targets, unemployment and urban poverty. It groups 97 newly certified URBACT Good Practices in 25 European countries.
These Good Practices are collected together in a new web area in the URBACT website. The easy-to-search database provides city practitioners with a snapshot of the practice, why it works and who to contact for more details.
