Second Transnational Meeting

The second transnational meeting of the CREATIVE SPIRITS network will take place on the 23rd and 24th of February in the partner city of Waterford, Ireland. The event is organised to mark the end of Phase 1 and to define the roadmap for Phase 2. In the target area of Waterford, many creatives have already settled themselves; having Waterford as location for this meeting could therefore be inspiring for the partnership
In the morning, the Mayor of Waterford and the Lead Partner will welcome all participants. The Lead Expert will then share his impressions on the city visits and elaborate on the State of the Art. An interactive session will follow during which the city partners will present their good practices and learning needs. In the afternoon there will be a presentation on the city’s strategy and creatives will share about their activities. Since Waterford has a great cultural tradition in theatre, the local theatre company will perform a play revolving around an ULG meeting.The second day will be dedicated to drafting the roadmap for Phase 2.The Lead Partner will elaborate on the structure of exchange and learning, local activities, and communication issues. A flowchart competition is scheduled to help the partners understand the different stages of Phase 2. Finally, management issues will be discussed.
