On the 22 March, URBACT will launch a new call for the creation of Implementation Networks. These new networks aim at supporting cities with the delivery of integrated urban strategies and action plans. Taking part in an Implementation Network, cities will not only share experiences and good practices. They will also work together on improving their strategies and action plans and generate new ideas to address challenges related to sustainable urban development.

A launch event will take place in Brussels on 23 March 2016 from 03.00 pm to 06.30 pm, at the Conference Centre Albert Borschette.

The meeting will be introduced Mikel Landabaso, Director for Inclusive Growth, Urban and Territorial Development, Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy and closed by Sébastien Jallet, head of the Managining Authority of the URBACT programme. Participants will be provided with all necessary information about targeted beneficiaries, how to get involved in the call, etc.

The meeting will be followed by a Networking cocktail during which members of the URBACT Secretariat will be available for further exchange and clarification.

Registrations are now OPEN within the limit of available places. You can find the agenda of the event here

We look forward to meeting you there !
