The URBACT Monitoring Committee meeting took place in Paris on November 21th 2008. Main point on the agenda : decisions for URBACT II Thematic Networks entering phase 2.


Taking into consideration the recommendations of the EAP (External assessment panel), the Monitoring Committee decides : 1. To approve the following Thematic Networks for funding in Implementation phase:

• HERO
• City Regions Net
• My Generation
• Building Healthy Communities
• RunUP
• RegGov
• REDIS
• Co-Net
• NetTopic
• Active Age
• Urban N.O.S.E.
• Creative Clusters
• Fin-Urb-Act

2.To provide to the following Thematic Networks one additional month to clarify and modify their budget. If the required modifications are made, the Monitoring Committee will approve the corrected applications by written procedure to:

• UNIC
• REPAIR
• C.T.U.R
• SUITE
• WEED
• Open Cities
