Call for Tenders for an Assistance Mission for URBACT Communication

The ACSE - URBACT Secretariat is looking for a provider to achieve assistance missions for URBACT programme communication.
Under the authority of the Director and the Communication Manager, the provider will have to provide the following services.
  • Main mission: www.urbact.eu website management
The URBACT communication strategy is essentially based on the URBACT website. The provider will have to manage the www.urbact.eu website. The provider must have an effective experience of the web challenges.
The provider will be responsible of the editorial content as well as monitoring
the project mini-sites and URBACT blog. The provider will have to set up monitoring tools and provides a monthly report.
  • Additional missions
The provider will also train the project communication officers (about thirty people), not only regarding the web, but also on other aspects of the project communication plan: events, media relations, graphic and editing; the provider will participate to the publication of documents, magazines, brochures and any publication and dissemination tools (3 or 4 papers per year) as well as to the preparation and implementation of seminars (2 or 3 per year) and conferences (1-2 per year).
