Call for tenders for the achievement of the mid-term evaluation of the URBACT II Programme

The ACSE - URBACT Secretariat seeks a provider to achieve the mid-term evaluation of the URBACT II Programme 2007-2013 within the framework set by the EU. This external evaluation is a supplement to actions taken by the URBACT Secretariat itself in terms of "quality control", as well as by the monitoring tools developed by the URBACT Secretariat for the Programme management.
Objectives of the evaluation:
The mid-term evaluation is a key component of the life cycle of the URBACT II Programme. It is, for the Programme Managing Authority, the Monitoring Committee and the Secretariat, an evaluation tool for the implementation of the programme and a source of recommendations for potential programme changes (during and after the current programming period).
Time-limit for receipt of the bid: November 19, 2010 à 12h00.
