First reprogramming 2010

The reason for this demand is that the project depends on this last chance to readapt the working plan, outputs and budget lines with the needed changes. For example, the URBACT Secretariat informed us that the partner PP7, German Association, can not act asa a partner in the project. Because of this all the costs for PP7 has to be shifted under the budget category external experts. The partner status of PP7 has to be changed. Also, an additional meeting was planed for the Managing Authorities in February 2011, this meeting was not intended within the project and shall now be integrated inthe project working plan.

The intended changes concerns only the project central organisation and will have no impact for teh partner cities. All the intended changes was discussed with the partners involved in the project who agreed with this request.
