URBACT Creative Clusters in Low Density Urban Areas in the 7th Brussels Debate

The event, organized by the European Policy Centre, took place in 19 November 2009 and counted with contribution of the followed speakers: Jean-Noël Durvy, director of innovation policy at the European Commission's; Miguel Silvestre, Creative Clusters in Low Density Urban Areas; Ruta Prusiviciene, director of the Vilnius Festival in Lithuania; Hasan Bakhshi, director for creative industries at the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA); Anne Marie Boutin, president of the  Agence pour la Promotion et la Creation Industrielle in France. The debate was moderated by Hans Martens, chief executive of the European Policy Centre.
