Our Lead Expert, Miguel Sousa, has developed a 4-steps methodology that will help our partner cities to prototype the process of new services implementation in their citizen cards. During the Phase 2 of CARD4ALL Transfer Network, the partner cities will start to test new services in their citizen cards learning from the experience of the Good Practice City, Gijón.
