Our Lead Expert's analysis of theory of change in the context of diagnosis, impact measurement and management constitutes the basis for many collective training sessions of the Remix transfer network.
In his outputs he is based on three consecutive approaches to local development:
- Socially responsible territories relying on a very strong empowerment of residents, intermediaries, and a sharing of power of decision makers,
- Permanent creative diagnosis, which reinforces the creative role of residents and allows the knowledge, about the needs and situation of inhabitants to continually evolve
- Impact management, which should allow us in our cities to take decisions right at the edge of reality.
His reflections are inspired by both the analyses developed by experts in the field of urban problems and his own experience of working with urban processes and inhabitants. Above all, however, it refers the aforementioned theories and assumptions to the problems of our network and seeks solutions interesting for our partners and the challenges they face in their cities.
