1. Promoting a network of informal support that helps to identify and combat situations of solitude not desired and social isolation in the neighbourhood. 2. Facilitating the entailment of people who feel alone with the neighbourhood social network, promoting their participation in the district resources. 3. Coordinating and making visible all resources and projects of the neighbourhoods that may present opportunities of meeting for people who feel alone and have a positive effect on his state of health.
