¿Buscas una idea o una ciudad europea para la convocatoria de las APN? ¡Aquí encontrarás muchas!

Desde el Punto Nacional URBACT hemos estado recopilando ideas y propuestas provenientes desde distintos rincones de Europa para facilitaros la creación de redes y propuestas de cara a la actual convocatoria URBACT Action Planning Networks. Si eres un municipio o institución interesada en participar en ella, te sugerimos leas con atención este artículo y sigas los consejos que te damos en él para poder encontrar los la red o socios que mejor se ajusten a vuestras necesidades.

La convocatoria de las Action Planning Networks es la última oportunidad para participar en el programa URBACT durante el periodo de financiación europea vigente (2014-2020). Está dirigida a ciudades y entidades públicas de todo Europa interesadas en el intercambio de conocimientos y la elaboración de una planificación urbana integral a través de la creación de redes transnacionales. Para ello se han de conformar partenariados de entre 7 y 10 ciudades (también pueden participar otro tipo de instituciones públicas en calidad de non-city partners) que aborden una problemática urbana conjunta vinculada al Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible.

Como resultado de esta convocatoria -que se lanzó el 7 de enero y finaliza el 17 de abril- se aprobarán un total de 23 Action Planning Networks que iniciarán un recorrido de 2 años de trabajo cuyo resultado final será el diseño de un Plan Integral de Acciones que aborde la problemática conjunta a solucionar.

De cara a facilitar la creación de redes y la búsqueda de socios para los partenariados, desde el Punto Nacional URBACT lanzamos un cuestionario y solicitamos a los distintos Puntos Nacionales que hicieran una recopilación de las ideas y propuestas de sus municipios también. Finalmente durante el URBACT Infoday que organizamos en Madrid el pasado 23 de enero, también recopilamos muchas ideas provenientes de municipios franceses, eslovenos, polacos, alemanes o portugueses.

Formulario APN

 

Además desde el PNU hemos publicado un sencillo cuestionario para preguntar a las ciudades qué temas les interesarían para la próxima convocatoria de acuerdo con los diez Objetivos Temáticos (OT) cubiertos por el programa URBACT III.

Pedimos a todas las ciudades interesadas que completéis este formulario EN INGLÉS para permitirnos identificar enlaces y coincidencias entre ciudades. Este trabajo preparatorio nos permitirá conocer vuestros intereses y apoyaros en la búsqueda de socios para vuestra red o de redes a las que adheriros.

Todos los resultados recopilados con este formulario los hemos volcado en el siguiente artículo, el cual vamos a utilizar para centralizar toda la información y lo actualizaremos periódicamente. Os animamos a consultarlo, dado que en esta convocatoria pueden participar más de un municipio o entidad pública de un mismo Estado Miembro en una red.
