International City Retail Experience - RetaiLink Final Event
On April 5 2018, Hoogeveen (The Netherlands) will host the International City Retail Experience (ICRE) 2018, an attractive and inspiring European congress on how to boost medium-sized inner cities and retail areas. The lessons learned and best practices of RetaiLink will be presented, and prestigious experts will conclude the do’s and don’ts of modern public private cooperation.
The event will be focused on the needs of entrepreneurs, administrators, investors and other stakeholders in midsize cities. The congress is a cooperation of the municipality of Hoogeveen, the RetaiLink network, URBACT, the province of Drenthe and Platform 31.
During this period Hoogeveen will be the retail capital of Europe. A side festive programme in the city will entertain congress guests and the general public.
