I have a Master of Science in International Communication with a focus on NGOs and development cooperation. Since then, I have always worked for no-profit organization in the area of learning and development. I have a specialization in innovation management and adult learning and I have specific training on the design of interactive workshop, in online, blended and face-to-face formats.

I have 10-years experience in designing, managing and delivering learning activities internationally. It is part of my daily job to work with subject matter expert on interactive formats to deliver content. All the webinars and workshops that I designed are highly interactive and based on active learning methodologies. I have been working on the design of the EdTech Forum for three editions. It includes face-to-face sessions to generate new ideas on teaching innovation and each edition involved around 60 participants from the main European Business Schools. At the same time, I have an extensive experience in facilitating brainstorming and co-design sessions on the topics of learning and development. I have applied different methodologies to conduct idea generation such as the nominal group technique or design thinking processes. My area of study and research is teaching and learning but the same methodologies can be applied to different fields. My learning design skills and my competence on educational technology and communication are a great combination to work at an international level and to enable networking practices of diffused teams. I am an advanced user and administrator of the main virtual communication softwares (from WebEx to Zoom or Teams) and an experienced user of some tools to enhance interaction and participation. Design and deliver learning and the educational technology to make it happen are part of my daily work.
