B.1. Understanding of integrated and sustainable urban development: 
I am an expert of International and European Union Law and policies. I hold a PhD in International and EU Law (University of Bari – May, 2007) and a Master’s Degree in Conflicts’ Management and Resolution (University of Roma Tre – October, 2007). I have 10 years experience as post-doc in the fields of human rights, non-discrimination, fight against terrorism and radicalization, conflict management, social inclusion. In the context of the Master I studied and analysed several case studies dealing with social and urban conflicts and the ways to prevent and manage them. In the context of my experience as a Post-doc in the Disaster Law Project I focused also on urban resilience and prevention, preparedness and post disaster recovery. I am starting a voluntary collaboration activity with Ex Fadda (http://www.exfadda.it/), an association deeply engaged with social inclusion and sustainable urban development. We are currently planning new projects for the social sustainable urban development as a model for European and Italian cities. In my activity I am used to work and approach with different local authorities/stakeholders.
B.2. Understanding of exchange and learning processes at transnational level: 
As a scholar in the field of International and EU law and policies I have deep understanding of exchange and learning projects at transnational level. Thanks to my PhD in International and EU Law, to the participation in many courses and seminars, to my post-doc experiences at the Università degli Studi di Bari and at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna di Pisa I have a very good knowledge of International Law and International Relations. I have also been Professor of International Law (Faculty of Law and Faculty of Political Sciences) at the online e-Campus University (Novedrate (CO), e-learning expert - Italy) and I am currently Adjunct Professor of European Union Law at the Università del Salento (Lecce, Italy). Furthermore, my experience as Project Assistant (July 2013 until December 2014) for the Order of Puglia’s Journalists in the EU financed BEAMS Project “Breaking down European Attitudes towards Migrant/Minority Stereotypes” (www.beams-project.eu) granted me strong project management skills and an in-depth knowledge of media policy, political communication studies, media economics. All my skills and experience are built and developed at transnational level. I am able to develop and launch training programs; long-term experience in conferences, seminars and training sessions’ organization; able to plan my own work and manage conflicting priorities; confident with laws, rules and regulations; able to perform a broad range of training and administrative functions.
B.3. Proficiency in English: 
I hold an High School degree in Languages (English, French and Spanish) in Italy and a Language Certificate (English) from a Language School of Malta. I spent several periods abroad for research and study reasons during and after University. I have written many scientific papers, reports and studies and I have been speaker in numerous occasions; I designed, managed and reported on several projects in English and translated several documents. I authored independently many papers and articles in peer-reviewed law reviews and books and was invited as expert and speaker at conferences on International, EU and Human Rights Law in Italy and abroad. I have excellent language (oral and drafting) skills in English and a very good working knowledge of French and Spanish. I am used to take part as speaker in conferences and round-tables and to organize them.

E.1. Knowledge on participatory methods and tools for co-production and implementation of local polices : 
In October 2006 I was selected as external Expert for the “Provincia di Potenza” for consultancy and training activity in the field of European Union issues, especially for the planning and management of so called “Integrated Projects”. In December 2006 I was also selected as external Expert for the “Provincia di Brindisi” for consultancy and training activity in the field of European Union issues.
E.2. Knowledge on integrated approach for the design, delivering, monitoring and evaluation of urban strategies/policies: 
I am starting a voluntary collaboration activity with Ex Fadda (http://www.exfadda.it/), an association deeply engaged with social inclusion and sustainable urban development. We are currently planning new projects for the social sustainable urban development as a model for European and Italian cities. In my activity I am used to work and approach with different local authorities/stakeholders. As monitoring tools I use questionnaires, online surveys and 'on-site' monitoring activities
E.3. Awareness of the main policy and funding schemes for sustainable urban development at EU and national level: 
It is mainly thanks to the web that I keep me up to date about sustainable urban developemnt policies, trends and funds and also from the Europe Direct Networks in my Country
