Kick Off Meeting: Almelo

This is an opportunity for the 5 partners from Almelo (Netherlands), Koszalin (Poland), Lublin (Poland), Albacete (Spain) and Preston (UK) to meet and officially launch Procure.
The inaugural Procure transnational meeting is the official launch of the network for the partners.
Included within the agenda are:
- Partner presentations (the opportunity to introduce their city; begin to highlight their local procurement issues; and also outline how they deal with procurement in their locality.
- Explore what it means to be part of an URBACT network
- Discuss what will be involved in Phase 1, e.g. developing the Baseline Study and expanding the partnership, and initial conversations around administrative and financial management.
There will be a dinner in the evening which will allow partners time to relax after what will be a rather long but fruitful day!
