Kick off Meeting

During two days, the five initial partners had worked on the development of the USER project : what common approach ? What commitment from the Cities ? What Work programme for the implementation phase ? This meeting has allowed to draw up an inventory of what exists in each of these 5 partners, to clarified the project of coordination and to describe the profile of the 5 new partners wich will join USER in a few months.
