Under the responsibility of the Capacity Building Officer, the intern will work within the Project and Programming Unit, which is responsible for all the URBACT networking and capacity building activities.

 

 

 

 

 

The intern will contribute with the implementation of the programme level networking and, more specifically, with a capacity building training which will take place early 2022 (the URBACT e-University).

 



Main tasks:

  • Assist with the coordination, organisation and followup of the delivery of capacity building actions, and more specifically the eUniversity 2022;
  • Assist with the curating and animation of the URBACT Online Toolbox, which is an online repository for CapacityBuilding material and tools;
  • Assist with the Communication around Capacity Building activities
  • Assessment and reporting on delivered URBACT Capacity Building activities through the creation of evaluation forms, surveys and the statistical analysis of collected data.
  • Assist with the definition of capacity building needs of beneficiaries through surveys and followup of networks’ activities.
  • Research and monitor capacity building and training policies and tools developed outside of URBACT for urban practitioners and policymakers.
