B.1. Understanding of integrated and sustainable urban development: 
15 years of experience in design and implementation of EU-funded international co-operation urban development projects; long-term co-operation with City of Prague and Central Bohemia Regional government on strategic planning, EU funded projects, international co-operation. Fields of expertise: innovation, smart city/smart village, social inclusion/active ageing,/minorities, employment, education (local and regional action planning), low-carbon economy. Experience with evaluation of programmes and projects, with local and regional action planning in education and social inclusion/social services.
B.2. Understanding of exchange and learning processes at transnational level: 
14 years of experience in transnational learning and exchange of experience within URBACT, PROGRESS, EaSI, Interreg Europe, Interreg Central Europe, Interreg Danube Transnational Co-operation, Lifelong Learning Programme, Erasmus+, ESF programmes. Knowledge of processes in exchnage of know-how, sharing best practices, learning processes - i.e. local/regional action learning, and action planning, peer reviews, study visits, labs, comparative analyses, qualitative and quantitative evaluations. Broad experience in transnational exchange and learning as representative of both co-ordinating and partner organizations and as an expert within large international consortia. Experience in designing and implementing learning activities within international projects (on meetings and at a distance between meetings).
B.3. Proficiency in English: 
Level C2 in English (oral and written) - studied and worked in Scotland and Australia for 20 months. Regular university lecturing in English at Charles University, Prague. Regular communication and drafting of evaluation and project reports in English within running international projects.

E.1. Knowledge on participatory methods and tools for co-production and implementation of local polices : 
14 years of experience in design and implementation of regional/local policies through transnational learning and exchange of experience. Knowledge of processes in exchnage of know-how, sharing best practices, learning processes - i.e. local/regional action learning, and action planning, peer reviews, study visits, labs, comparative analyses, qualitative and quantitative evaluations. FINERPOL Project (2016-2019) - aimed at promoting best practices in using financial instruments within EU funding for energy efficiency of public buildings (Interreg Europe Programme) - key expert - City of Prague; management of exchange of experiences and mutual learning activities, co-creating methodologies, organizing learning labs within project meetings in Prague and Porto, transnational activities between meetings via social networks. Implementation of action plan into Prague city policies. ACCESS Project (2010-2013) - key expert for Czech partner (European Development Agency) - design and implementation of peer reviews, organizing exchange of experience and mutual learning within project meetings and between them through dedicated web platform and social media. Implementation into policies of City of Prague. I am Roma Project (2011-2013) - international project within DG Justice grant scheme figting racism and xenophobia, responsibility for national activities transferring itnernational know-how, Czech expert in transnational learning activities and transfer to Czech Rep.
E.2. Knowledge on integrated approach for the design, delivering, monitoring and evaluation of urban strategies/policies: 
FINERPOL Project - aimed at promoting best practices in using financial instruments within EU funding for energy efficiency of public buildings (Interreg Europe Programme) - key expert - responsible for co-creation and implementation of monitoring tools for putting the action plan created within the project into practice in City of Prague. Head of Managing Authority of OP PGP (OP Prague - Growth Pole of the Czech Republic) - Project "Technical Assistance" - as head of project I was responsible for putting in place complex monitoring rules and system for the whole operational programme (a multi-fund programme - ERDF + ESF).
E.3. Awareness of the main policy and funding schemes for sustainable urban development at EU and national level: 
Within my work for many authorities and clients including Ministry of Health, Ministry of Culture, Central Bohemia Region, a variety of Prague schools and Prague city districts, I regularly monitor EU policies, trends, funding schemes and open calls for sustainable urban development on regional, national and EU level. At Ministry of Health and Central Bohemia Region, I am also responsible for expert work on the development of strategies for the new programming period of the EU (2021-2027) and within running international projects I keep up to date with current trends in sustainable urban development in local governance, education, innovation and social policies.

Project “LAPs and RAPs II” – Co-operation and exchange of know how in the area of Local and Regional Action Plans for Social Inclusion (URBACT) - Expert of City of Prague (gathering best practices and participating in transnational learning and planning activities) - adapting solutions to local situation in 3 Czech cities (Prague, Havlickuv Brod, Karviná) Project “Support for the Roma in Prague in Education and Employment” within the Equal Programme – equal.romea.cz – exchange of experience in treating minorities in the context of labour market inclusion (EQUAL) - Expert of City of Prague (gathering best practices and participating in transnational learning and planning activities) - adapting project outcomes for situation in different Prague neighbourhoods Project “Active A.G.E.” – Managing Change: Impact of demographic ageing for cities - Active ageing, Gender and Employment policies (URBACT programme) - Exchange of know how in the area of active aging, employment and equality - Expert of City of Prague (gathering best practices and participating in transnational learning and planning activities) - adapting project outcomes to various needs of Prague's districts FINERPOL Project - aimed at promoting best practices in using financial instruments within EU funding for energy efficiency of public buildings (Interreg Europe Programme) - key expert - City of Prague - adapting project outputs to Prague OP and to Integrated Regional OP for urban areas outside Prague
