Favouring the connections among the different generations is the key to success - so says Kecskemét and its Small Scale Action!
With the small scale action Kecskemét wants to test intergenerational mentoring, aiming to strengthen the youth's professional, social and communication skills and help them integrate into the labour market. The action focuses on devising a methodology for intergenerational mentoring, selecting and training/mentoring the mentors, choosing the mentees and carrying out the one-on-one mentoring programme, thus tackling both focus areas of Kecskemét: employment and ageing.
